At Appleby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as effortless as wearing our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Appleby account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original brand tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
